Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Merry & Wonder purchase.

14-Day Returns: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel or return an eligible item.

To request a return, email merryandwonder@outlook.com with your order number.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items should be handled with reasonable care and returned with any original packaging where possible.

Unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage costs, provided this was explained before purchase.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Some items, such as personalised goods, may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
