6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.

After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the item is faulty or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage costs where this was explained before purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law.

Certain products, such as personalised goods, may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
